What can you make with tofu, grains, mushroom, and fennel?
The combination of tofu, fennel, and ancient grains such as freekeh, buckwheat, or amaranth will get you started for protein, veggies, and carbs. Add some flavor and fun by incorporating parsley and mushroom into the meal.
