How will you prepare seafood, grains, and peas?

For your protein, veggies, and carbs, we’ve selected the combination of seafood, peas, and an ancient grain like amaranth, kamut, or bulgur. Then work parsley and garlic into the recipe to add depth too the flavors.

You might want to combine the ingredients into a single meal — on a sheet pan or in a crock pot, for example — or separate them into multiple dishes. Whatever you decide, we suggest you braise at least one of the dishes.
