Roast/Bake — Preheat your oven while you prep your ingredients.

Seafood — Fish, etc.

Potato — Mashed or french fried? We all love a potato.

Thyme — Herbaceous, savory, and great in roasted dishes, in marinades, and most anywhere else.

Lemon — No kitchen should be without a squeeze. Or a zest.

Asparagus — A classic reminder of spring, when it’s fresh and at its best.

How will you prepare seafood, potatoes, and asparagus?

Try seafood, asparagus, and potato for your protein, vegetables, and carbs. Add flavor and character to the meal with thyme and lemon.

You can make a single dish using all the ingredients, or you can split it up into additional sides. But try to roast/bake at least one of them.

Any additional ingredients you would like to use can be incorporated into the meal as well.
