What’s for dinner? Don’t agonize over the decision. Use our random shuffle of ingredients to narrow down your choices, then let your creativity run wild from there.
For your protein, veggies, and carbs, try this combination: seitan, squash, and ancient grains such as freekeh, buckwheat, or amaranth (or consider bread, tortillas, pita, etc.). Have fun with it by adding dill and garlic.
You might want to combine the ingredients into a single meal — on a sheet pan or in a crock pot, for example — or separate them into multiple dishes. Whatever you decide, we suggest you broil at least one of the dishes.
