Roast/bake: tempeh, polenta, parsley, onion, and spinach

Can you make a meal with tempeh, polenta, and spinach?

The combination of tempeh, spinach, and polenta will get you started for protein, veggies, and carbs. Then work parsley and onion into the recipe to add depth too the flavors.

You can use these ingredients in a single dish or combine them however you like to create one or more side dishes and a main course. Try to roast/bake at least one of the dishes, though.

Don’t limit yourself to only the ingredients we’ve suggested. Try to use them all, of course, but add anything else that you think will take your meal to the next level. We’re all about exploring and having fun with your food, so don’t let any rules stop you!
