Roast/bake: beans, other grain, thyme, onion, and dandelion greens
What will you make with beans, grains, and dandelion greens?
The combination of beans, dandelion, and an uncommon grain selection like farro, kamut, or barley will get you started for protein, veggies, and carbs. Have fun with it by adding thyme and onion.
You might want to combine the ingredients into a single meal — on a sheet pan or in a crock pot, for example — or separate them into multiple dishes. Whatever you decide, we suggest you roast/bake at least one of the dishes.
Don’t limit yourself to only the ingredients we’ve suggested. Try to use them all, of course, but add anything else that you think will take your meal to the next level. We’re all about exploring and having fun with your food, so don’t let any rules stop you!
