Can you make a meal with tofu, ancient grains, and kale?

For your protein, veggies, and carbs, try this combination: tofu, kale, and ancient grains such as freekeh, buckwheat, or amaranth. Then work dill and lemon into the recipe to add depth too the flavors.

You might want to combine the ingredients into a single meal — on a sheet pan or in a crock pot, for example — or separate them into multiple dishes. Whatever you decide, we suggest you pan fry at least one of the dishes.

Any additional ingredients you would like to use can be incorporated into the meal as well.
