Sauté: tempeh, rice, parsley, garlic, and kale
Can you make a meal out of tempeh, rice, and kale?
For your protein, veggies, and carbs, we’ve selected the combination of tempeh, kale, and rice. Parsley and garlic are added for flavor and character.
You can use these ingredients in a single dish or combine them however you like to create one or more side dishes and a main course. Try to sauté at least one of the dishes, though.

- Serve this Shiitake, Tempeh, and Kale Stir-Fry over red rice. The recipes doesn’t call for herbs, so the parsley is optional.
