How will you prepare eggs, grain, and radishes?

For your protein, veggies, and carbs, we’ve selected the combination of eggs, radish, and an ancient grain like amaranth, kamut, or bulgur. Add flavor and character to the meal with thyme and onion.

It’s up to you whether you want to throw everything together into a single dish or whether you want to separate them into a main course and one or more side dishes. But to make things more challenging, sauté at least one of the dishes.
