There are infinite meal combinations that start with tofu and rice. What’s your favorite?
The combination of tofu, carrot, and rice will get you started for protein, veggies, and carbs. Cilantro and garlic are added for flavor and character.
You might want to combine the ingredients into a single meal — on a sheet pan or in a crock pot, for example — or separate them into multiple dishes. Whatever you decide, we suggest you roast/bake at least one of the dishes.
