Roast/bake: beef, quinoa, cilantro, onion, and carrot
What can you cook with beef, quinoa, and carrot?
For your protein, veggies, and carbs, we’ve selected the combination of beef, carrot, and quinoa. Cilantro and onion are added for flavor and character.
You might want to combine the ingredients into a single meal — on a sheet pan or in a crock pot, for example — or separate them into multiple dishes. Whatever you decide, we suggest you roast/bake at least one of the dishes.
