Spring brings peas … which we combine with tofu and mushrooms for our next culinary creation.

For your protein, veggies, and carbs, we’ve selected the combination of tofu, peas, and rice. Add some flavor and fun by incorporating cilantro and mushroom into the meal.

You might want to combine the ingredients into a single meal — on a sheet pan or in a crock pot, for example — or separate them into multiple dishes. Whatever you decide, we suggest you braise at least one of the dishes.
