Braise: eggs, other grain, parsley, nuts, and artichoke
What will you make with eggs, grains, nuts, and artichokes?
The combination of eggs, artichoke, and your choice of unusual grains such such as barley, bulgur, or millet (or consider bread, tortillas, pita, etc.) will get you started for protein, veggies, and carbs. Have fun with it by adding parsley and nuts.
Whether you use the ingredients to create multiple side dishes or a single main dish is up to you. But braise at least one of the dishes.
Use any additional ingredients that you think will work as well. There are really no rules here. This is all just a suggested starting point to get you going. If you’re inspired to do something completely different, then good for you! The point is just to have fun and to discover some new flavors and food combinations.
