What can you make with tempeh, mushrooms, and cauliflower?

For your protein, veggies, and carbs, we’ve selected the combination of tempeh, cauliflower, and your choice of unusual grains such such as barley, bulgur, or millet (or consider bread, tortillas, pita, etc.). Add flavor and character to the meal with cilantro and mushroom.

It’s up to you whether you want to throw everything together into a single dish or whether you want to separate them into a main course and one or more side dishes. But to make things more challenging, sauté at least one of the dishes.
