Roast/bake: chicken, potato, thyme, garlic, and fennel
It’s hard to go wrong when you’re roasting chicken, potatoes, and garlic.
The combination of chicken, fennel, and potato will get you started for protein, veggies, and carbs. Have fun with it by adding thyme and garlic.
