Roast/bake: cheese, other grain, rosemary, nuts, and radish
Can you make a meal from cheese, grains, nuts, and radishes?
The combination of cheese, radish, and an uncommon grain selection like farro, kamut, or barley will get you started for protein, veggies, and carbs. Rosemary and nuts are added for flavor and character.
It’s up to you whether you want to throw everything together into a single dish or whether you want to separate them into a main course and one or more side dishes. But to make things more challenging, roast/bake at least one of the dishes.
Use any additional ingredients that you think will work as well. There are really no rules here. This is all just a suggested starting point to get you going. If you’re inspired to do something completely different, then good for you! The point is just to have fun and to discover some new flavors and food combinations.
