What can you make with cheese, grains, bacon, and fennel?
Use cheese, fennel, and any less common grain such as buckwheat, barley, or farro for protein, veggies, and carbs. Add flavor and character to the meal with cilantro and bacon.
You might want to combine the ingredients into a single meal — on a sheet pan or in a crock pot, for example — or separate them into multiple dishes. Whatever you decide, we suggest you broil at least one of the dishes.
