Mushroom — Nutritious and more than a dozen varieties for endless cooking options.

This looks like a stew to me, but what do you think?

For your protein, veggies, and carbs, we’ve selected the combination of chicken, carrot, and pasta. Thyme and mushroom are added for flavor and character.

You might want to combine the ingredients into a single meal — on a sheet pan or in a crock pot, for example — or separate them into multiple dishes. Whatever you decide, we suggest you braise at least one of the dishes.

Any additional ingredients you would like to use can be incorporated into the meal as well. We offer these random suggestions just to give you a starting point, and if you decide to veer off course we’re sure you’ve got a good reason! Just have fun and enjoy the process—and the food!
