How do you cook pork?

  • Roasting: A whole pork loin or pork leg can be roasted in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for safe consumption.
  • Grilling: Pork chops, tenderloin, or kebabs can be grilled over high heat until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Frying: Pork can be pan-fried or deep-fried, and it’s a popular method for dishes like pork chops, pork belly, or pork sausage.
  • Braising: Pork shoulder or pork belly can be braised, which is a cooking method where the meat is first browned in a pan and then cooked in a small amount of liquid in a covered pot on low heat. This method is good for cut that are tough and need longer cooking time to tenderize.
